Lincoln Dems Elect Delegates to the State Democratic Convention

On Sunday, March 8, at Bemis Hall, the Lincoln Democratic Town Committee held its annual caucus to elect the delegates and alternates to the Democratic Convention to be held at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts on May 30.

Lincoln is allocated 5 delegates and 4 alternates.

Elected as delegates were: Alex Chatfield, Olivia Chatfield, Steve Kropper, Eli Newell, and Trisha O'Hagan. Elected as alternates, who also attend the convention but do not vote, were: Gary Davis, Sheila Dennis, Travis Roland, and Barbara Slayter. The chair or a co-chair serves as an ex officio, voting member of every delegation. Co-chair Joan Kimball will attend the convention in this capacity.
