All are welcome to join the call: people who are new to racial justice organizing, new to organizing white people for racial justice, new to SURJ, or people who’ve been with us for awhile and want to learn about our current and long haul strategic work.

Coming off of participating in the Movement for Black Lives Juneteenth weekend, we are clear that white people have a role in turning their commitment to racial justice into ongoing action. Alongside Black, Indigenous, and People of Color-led organizing, we have concrete work to do to uproot white supremacy and interlocking systems of oppression. This work includes bringing more white people into the movement, and organizing to build multiracial power. We will talk about the demands from the Movement For Black Lives, building for the long haul, ways to stay engaged, and ways to encourage others to get engaged.

Join us Sunday to learn how you can get into action!

P.S. Support our work and the Movement for Black Lives by making a 50/50 split donation to each organization.
