Description:

Force Multiplier is an independent, volunteer fundraising organization that supports candidates who will ensure a Democratic majority in the House + Senate, as well as groups that work to make sure that people CAN + DO VOTE.  They do the research, so you don't have to. Force Multiplier was founded by volunteers in Brookline Massachusetts, and since its founding in 2016 has raised $11.5 million dollars, all of which go directly to candidates and groups they support.

Bios of speakers:

Ed Loechler, co-founder of Force Multiplier,  is a BU biology professor and scientists by day, but a political strategist at night and on weekends. In addition to his role in Force Multiplier,   he has also knocked on many doors and made many phone calls in swing states and swing districts all over the country since 2004.   Ed will describe the methods that Force Multiplier uses to identify key House and Senate races that would enable Dems to continue to hold the balance of power in Washington in 2022.

Tom Hallock, Co-Founder and Co-chair of Force Multiplier,  had a long career in publishing in both Boston and New York, including most recently over 20 years as Associate Publisher of Boston’s Beacon Press.
