Wisconsin is once again a critical swing state. In 2016 we lost the state by only 22,000 votes. It was the tipping point state. In 2020 again, all observers rate it as tossup and the probably tipping point state again. Among the midwestern states, polls have Wisconsin the closest state. We must make sure we win it this year.
