What:  

Write postcards to encourage registered AZ Democrats to get out and vote for Arizona Senator Mark Kelly. Sponsored by the Grandmothers for a Brighter Future. The work involves adding one scripted handwritten sentence and a handwritten address on each card.

Why: 

These midterms are critical!!  To preserve our democracy! 

When:

Now until September 30. They will be postmarked in AZ. (early voting starts Oct. 12)

Click here to access our form where you can indicate how many packets you can write:  We have 2000 cards (100 packets of 20). Cost per packet of 20 is $10 (and includes stamps, instructions, addresses and cards and cost of mailing the cards in bulk to AZ)

More Information:

Once more the intrepid Grandmothers for a Brighter Future are working to elect a Democratic Senate.  It is critically important to get out the vote for the Senate this year.  We are in rocky! times, and we need to restore our constitutional checks and balances.  

The national steering Committee for the Grandmothers has chosen to concentrate efforts on three Senators in battleground states: AZ, GA and NH.  More postcarding opportunities are coming! 

We will be writing to mostly registered Democrats who are over 65.  A group that usually votes, but we want to give encouragement to make sure they will.   Some of these elections are terrifyingly close.  And we MUST win in 2022.
