In THE END OF ICE Jamail journeys to the world’s “hot spots”—locations experiencing the most dramatic impacts of climate disruption—and he climbs and dives alongside leading experts and front-line scientists. THE END OF ICE is named one of the Ten Best Science Books of 2019 by Smithsonian and is a finalist for the 2020 Pen/E.O. Wilson Literary Science Writing Award for exemplifying literary excellence.

The book will be available for purchase at the event, with a book-signing by the author after the talk.

This event is FREE, but registration is required.
