Why:

We are calling on residents in Lincoln, Concord, Lexington, Acton, and surrounding towns where the American Revolution started to join the national call to stop voter suppression laws and protect election security. Ours is one of hundreds of events taking place across the country as senators are home for the July recess. Let’s reaffirm our commitment to democracy (and the progressive values we hold dear) and pressure our elected officials to pass the federal For the People Act (HR1/S1)!
